The 14 main allergens will be labelled according to the respective legal provisions. (EU-Regulation on on the provision of food information to consumers No 1169/2011). In fact, further more substances exist, that could cause food allergies or intolerances.

Despite a careful preparation of our dishes and products, it is still possible that there will be traces of substances in use in the production process in our kitchen.
